The device is equipped with a control panel which allows you to set all the parameters needed for the production of fillers. Press the function selector and adjust the film speed, sealing temperature, airflow and the length of the film you want to produce. Once all the settings have been made, simply press the start/pause button or use the footswitch to start the production of fillings.

SET THE FILM SPEED - SAVE TIME

Adjust the speed of your air cushions and air mat production as you wish - the machine can produce air cushions at speeds of up to 20 metres per minute! Save yourself time and effort when packing - with the AeroPOUCH 9 Pro airbag inflator you pack your shipments quickly and easily.

ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE - EXPAND YOUR OPTIONS

The option to adjust the sealing temperature allows the machine to use different types of film. Select any film, set the value up to 180°C and get air fillers perfectly matched to the products you are sending!

REGULATE AIRFLOW - EFFECTIVELY PROTECT SHIPMENTS

The airflow control will allow you to adjust the pressure at which the cushions and mats are inflated to achieve the resilience of the fillings that your shipment requires. This ensures that your shipments are effectively protected against shocks, vibrations and temperature fluctuations.
