PACK WITH A PAPER FILLER
Paper is a cheap, attractive, environmentally friendly, easy to use and above all effective solution for packaging parcels. With a paper filling machine, you can make your task much easier and pack a package that will please the eye of every customer.
INDISPENSABLE EQUIPMENT FOR PACKING PARCELS
ChartiPACK AC is a paper filling machine. The machine automatically prepares the paper, bends it and cuts it into pieces of a pre-programmed length, which gives you ready-to-use pack fillers.
PACKAGING - NOW SIMPLE AND FAST
The paper filler is extremely simple to operate - simply set the length of the paper pieces, and optionally the number of pieces, and start the machine. The paper will be automatically drawn, crumpled and ejected in pieces ready to fill the pack, all at a speed of up to 50 metres per minute! As an added convenience and a quick reminder of the functions offered by the device, the quick start guide is located on the device.
THREE MODES OF OPERATION
- Automatic mode: set the length and the number of sections you need - the machine will produce the sheets according to the programmed settings, then stop. Another batch with the same settings will be possible by pressing the start/pause button.
- Semi-automatic mode: set the length of the sections - the machine will produce one section of the programmed length and another section will be produced when it is removed.
- Continuous mode: set the length of the sections - the machine will produce consecutive sheets continuously until the start/pause button is pressed or the paper runs out.
FOOTSWITCH
For even more control over the paper feeding process, the start/pause button can be replaced by a footswitch. Work as you prefer - with the pedal or the start/pause button!
STABLE AND MOBILE
To increase user comfort, you can install the paper filler on a dedicated stand equipped with anti-slip castors with locking option, folding paper drawer and paper roll holder. When mounted in this way, the machine can be positioned at up to three different angles of inclination, and the height can be individually adjusted from 150 to 190 cm!
UPHOLDING SECURITY
The additional protective measures, with which ChartiPACK AC is equipped, ensure complete safety when working with the device. A baffle in the outlet protects your fingers from injury and a special safety switch immediately stops operation of the device at any time.
PAPER FILLER - THE BEST PROTECTION
Kraft wrapping paper is an excellent filler for parcels, which will tightly fill the empty space in packages and protect even the most delicate products, such as glass or electronics. It will cushion shocks, vibrations and minimise other factors that could damage your parcel.
PAPER IN MANY FORMS
You can use paper in rolls or folded paper in sheets in your paper filler. This gives you even more freedom to adapt the machine settings to your needs and preferences!
