Premade matrix Matrixes made of brass with predefined design e.g. "PHOTOBOOK" sign. |
Custom made matrix OPUS offers a full serivce, design and manufacture with your design ready to fit your OPUS equipment. Now you are ready to hot print stamp your professional image. |
Choose from the list below the size of matrix block you would like to have for your logo. Ensure that it will fit on your heating element and you have the correct O•Matrix frame for your equipment. There are several kinds of matrix block sizes to choose in our stock items. Some matrix blocks need a special frame (O•Matrix Frame) or special plate (O•Matrix Base or O•Screw Matrix Base). Please ask your dealer for help if in doubt.
Remember that the length and width of your hot print stamping area should be at least 1 mm smaller all around than the size of the O•Matrix. We also recommend that the total area of a single printing block does not exceed 20 cm². We cannot guarantee that you will have a professional or satisfactory result on a larger print area.
For our CNC engraver equipment to give the best resoults, the design needs to be in curves i.e. (.cdr, .eps, .ai, .pdf) or the higest resolution of pixrls, 300 dpi or more (.psd, .jpg, .tiff, .bmp) Designs with many details but low resolution will need more time to bring them to the standards required, wich will incur a cost.
Alternatively you can send your design to us and we will give you a quote for our design team to create the files needet to complete your project.
