ONE DEVICE - EVERYTHING YOU NEED
ChartiPACK HC is a professional, easy-to-use notched sheet feeder, also known as "honeycomb paper" or "wrap paper". The machine wraps your products with extreme precision. The dispenser evenly stretches the paper, which when unfolded forms a soft, three-dimensional honeycomb web. The tightly adhered layers produce an effect similar to stretch wrapping - no cutting tools or adhesive tape needed! You can also use paper without notches in the roll.
EASY TO INSTALL
To prepare the machine for operation, simply place it on a flat surface, install the notched paper roll on the rear feed roller and the spacer paper roll on the front roller. After connecting the power cord and feeding the paper through the exit slot, the machine will be ready for use.
WORKING IN TWO WAYS
The notched paper dispenser has two modes of operation, allowing you to adapt the packaging process to your needs and preferences.
- Start/pause button: simply press the start/pause button to start or stop the automatic paper feeding at any time. Save yourself work and time by packing everything you have to pack in one go!
- Foot pedal: press the foot pedal or release it to start or stop the feeder. By dosing the material with the pedal, you will have more control over the length of the pieces you need to pack. This is an option for those who don't like to be in a hurry, but who like their packages perfectly packed.
BETTER FIT, BETTER PROTECTION
The high elasticity of the honeycomb paper means that this one adapts perfectly to the size and shape of any products. With the device, you stretch the material evenly to protect your parcels even better, and an extra layer of paper that you can mount on a second roller will protect delicate and scratch-prone items from shocks so they arrive intact to the recipient of the parcel.
FILL THE SPACE
The notched paper is also perfect as aADVANTAGES OF HONEYCOMB PAPERfiller for parcels - after stretching it significantly increases its volume, thanks to which you can easily fill every nook and cranny of the packaging! This protection will cushion even the most delicate products - such as glass or electronics - and protect them from vibrations and other dangers, including getting wet.
