AeroPOUCH 4 is a universal device for filling air cushions and air mats. Thanks to it, you can produce air cushions for filling packages and stabilizing products. The right settings will allow you to create the fillers best suited to your needs, to ensure shipment protection and absorption against vibrations and shocks.
NEW FEATURES
AeroPOUCH 4 is equipped with knobs for regulating the air flow and the speed of film movement, and it also has a seal temperature control switch. Film fillers are pumped under pressure and simultaneously welded at a speed of up to 12 meters per minute. This means even greater efficiency and even better securing of packages

The device has been designed with the greatest attention to detail. Small dimensions, dark housing and a neatly integrated, minimalist control panel make aeroPOUCH 4 look very aesthetically.
QUICK INSTALLATION
Installing a device for filling air cushions and air mats has never been easier. Just take the device out of the packaging, place it on the table, connect the power cord and properly mount the roll with film - the device will be ready to work.
INTUITIVE AND SIMPLE OPERATION
The simplicity of the aeroPOUCH 4 device ensures comfortable and intuitive operation. The aesthetics of the control panel and the buttons on it, as well as the LEDs marked with different colours guarantee readability and communicate what is currently being done. Additional help and a very good reminder of the rules of use are the pictorial instructions on the device.
EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL
Packaging requirements are different, therefore the dimensions of the cushions and air mats are different. In addition, the pressure regulation function at which film fillers are pumped allows you to adjust the elasticity of the pillows to the requirements of specific packages, and the option to stop production at any time allows you to conveniently tear off as many pillows as needed on the perforation line - you do not have to produce anything in reserve!
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
For maintenance, it is enough to regularly clean the heat roller and feed roller, replace the knife when it is dull, and make sure that no film or dirt remains on the air nozzle or the knife. Thanks to this, you will be able to use aeroPOUCH 4 as long and most efficiently as possible.
SAVE TIME AND MONEY
Air cushions and mats are inflated under pressure and simultaneously welded in one pass through the device, at a speed of up to 12 meters per minute! In addition, film fillers are the fastest and least “dirty” way to protect packages - you do not have to wrap anything repeatedly with bubble wrap or stuff polystyrene chips in a package. Low material consumption, the possibility of multiple use and the low weight of fillers (and therefore lower transport costs) will also save money.
