MBE 300 is a fully electric device for binding and unbinding documents up to 300 sheets thick in the METALBIND and C-BIND systems (additional equipment required). You operate the binder by pressing the appropriate buttons – nothing more! The MBE 300 is equipped with binding force adjustment and a binding counter, and the selection of the appropriate channel or cover is automatic. This binding machine is perfect for large offices and service outlets where many documents are bound daily and where time and precision are crucial. You can use it to create aesthetically pleasing designs: marketing offers, presentation materials, and catalogs, as well as bind theses or prepare documents for archiving.

The MBE 300 has one movable jaw driven by two screws connected to the motor by a toothed belt – this mechanism ensures parallel jaw guidance, which guarantees even and precise clamping of the canal. The maximum jaw pressure is 2.3 tons. The motor is monitored by a microprocessor controller with an LCD display, and the solid metal construction ensures stable operation and durability of the device.

The binding machine is equipped with automatic channel or cover selection, which allows you to accurately match the appropriate METALBIND channel or C-BIND cover to the number of sheets being bound. Simply place the cover with the document on the debinding plate and press both START buttons – the suggested channel size will appear on the display. When binding using the C-BIND system, place a stack of sheets on the debinding plate – the cover size will appear on the display.

The device is equipped with an LCD display that facilitates operation through displayed messages. The panel also features buttons that allow you to easily switch between binding, measurement, and debinding modes, as well as adjusting the binding force. Additionally, the MBE300 is equipped with a binding counter – current and total – that can be reset at any time. Controlling the binding jaw and performing binding or debinding is done by using three buttons located on the side of the device. To bind, you need to hold down two START buttons – this solution allows you to maintain maximum security and avoid accidental starting of the device.

With the MBE 300 channel binder, you can bind documents in various types of covers: hard, soft, transparent, in various colors, sizes, and textures. You can use both METALBIND and C-BIND covers. It's also possible to create a personalized binding using matrices and fonts – you choose what will be on your cover! Furthermore, thanks to the non-invasive nature of the channel system, you can reuse the cover and channel after unbinding the document.

The device includes accessories for binding and debinding in the METALBIND system: a binding insert, a debinding wedge and an attachment for debinding channels 1.5 mm – 3 mm. The wedge storage area is located in the lower cover of the binding machine, between the recesses that make it easier to carry the device.

NOTE! To use the binding machine in the C-BIND system, you must purchase the appropriate accessories: O.CB Pivot Inserts for MBE300, O.CB Debinding Tool for Atlas300 / MB300 / MBE300, and an attachment for debinding AA channels.
