MB 300 is a modern manual channel binding machine, enabling binding and unbinding documents in the METALBIND and C-BIND systems (additional inserts are required). The device binds documents up to 300 sheets thick, which allows you to prepare both small-volume presentation materials and large catalogs. The binding machine allows for electronic regulation of binding force, the value of which is displayed on an indicator. A solid construction in a metal housing ensures stable operation and durability of the device. MB 300 is recommended for offices or for small and medium-sized service points.

METALBIND is an innovative binding system that provides documents with a perfect appearance and reliable security, while also allowing complete freedom in choosing the front and back covers and the channel. Binding is done without the use of glue, stapling, or paper punching – instead, the cover and pages are placed in a metal channel. The contents of the documentation are held by the sloping rear wall of the channel, while the front wall never deforms. In the C-BIND system, the covers form a single unit together with the channel, which is clamped on both sides. Unlike the METALBIND system, the channel is located inside the cover.

Because channel binding systems are non-invasive—no punching, stapling, or glue required—pages, covers, and channels remain intact. Therefore, you can easily debind and rebind a document: you can add or remove pages, correct errors in the documentation on the fly, or replace covers and channels.

You can easily operate the device using the lever. Furthermore, the MB 300 is equipped with a binding force indicator. By pressing and holding the button, you can change the set parameter – this way, you will always select the best clamping force value for the documents being bound. Furthermore, the device remembers the last set value to achieve the same, repeatable binding results for subsequent documents.

The binding machine features a magnetic channel selection device for the METALBIND system and a C-BIND cover selection device, which allows you to easily match the appropriate channel or cover to the number of sheets you want to bind. You can reuse the same channel and covers – for example, after unbinding a document to add a few sheets.

With the MB 300 channel binder, you can bind documents in various types of covers: hard, soft, transparent, in various colors, sizes, and textures. You can use both METALBIND and C-BIND covers. It's also possible to create a personalized binding using matrices and fonts – you choose what's on your cover!

The device comes with accessories for binding and debinding in the METALBIND system: a magnetic channel/cover size selection tool that can be attached anywhere on the housing; a movable stop for smaller format bindings; a debinding wedge and an attachment for debinding channels 1.5 mm - 3 mm; a narrow (for channels from 20 to 32 mm) and a wide (for channels up to 16 mm) binding insert. There are special compartments on the back of the device for storing accessories.

NOTE! To use the binding machine in the C-BIND system, you must purchase the appropriate additional accessories: O.CB Pivot Inserts for Atlas 300 / MB 300, O.CB Debinding Tool for Atlas 300 / MB 300 / MBE 300, and an attachment for debinding AA channels.
