OPUS Aeroprime Q Air purifier

An efficient and economical air purifier for home and small offices. The device has an innovative purification system that is a combination of HEPA filter, eliminating allergens and a carbon filter, responsible for removing unpleasant odours. In addition, the technology uses ultraviolet light (UV-C), which widens the scope of destruction of pathogenic microorganisms. The purifier also has the function of ionizer, which makes the air quality inside the room similar to the one in an unpolluted natural environment.

• PCO system - when the photocatalyst - titanium dioxide (TiO2) absorbs ultraviolet (UV) radiation, hydrogen gas and hydroxyl ions are generated, which radically help to remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and unpleasant odors and destroy pathogenic microorganisms.

• ionizer - negative ions improve the quality of air by combining with dust or reacting with molecules that cause unpleasant odours planted on the walls. A lot of negative ions occur in natural environments such as waterfalls or forests. In this case, negative ions approximate the air quality in the room to the natural environment.

Purification factor - is a parameter informing how many times per hour the device is able to replace / filter the entire volume of the room. To calculate the parameter, a room height of 2.5 m is assumed. This is an extremely important feature of good air purifiers. A sufficiently high purification rate ensures the highest quality of filtration and allows for a quick response to emerging contaminants, providing the user with healthy air.

The table shows the optimal ratio of the purification factor (PF) to the room surface (about 3 to 5 times per hour). Importantly, even in rooms with a different cubature, the purifier fulfills its function!
